 I highly recommend this chiropractor clinic-Balance and Wellness. Diego is absolutely amazing at what he does. I felt immediately at ease when I first arrived and was in terrific pain. After thorough advise and treatment, I felt a difference immediately and now, I’m walking again and keeping to my daily excersies.
I cannot recommend him enough!!

 I Had treatment with Diego from March of this year until July for a frozen shoulder and neck pain. Diego was knowledgeable, very kind and compassionate especially as during my treatment with him I was diagnosed with Parkinsosn disease. Diego offered me great advice and also relieved my symptoms tremendously with his magic massages. He also listened to my fears and anxieties regarding this very new diagnosis which meant the world to me at the time. Thank you Diego your treatment goes above and beyond and certainly made my life with a frozen shoulder more bearable at the time. I would not hesitate in recommending Diego.

 Amazing service and only 3 minutes away from my home!
Diego has sorted my neck and shoulder pain and taught me the skills and exercises to manage my posture going forward.  The best part is I never felt pressured to spending more time and money than was necessary on treatment.

 Fantastic service. Really helped with my lower back pain and sciatica symptoms. The pain was intolerable but the morning after each treatment, I could move around more freely. Diego not only worked on my pain in the clinic, but gave me exercises to do at home which helped and really great advice which aided my recovery. An absolute bargain. Highly recommended and I wont hesitate when considering who to call for any problems in the future. Thank you so much!

 I had never used or been to a Chiropractor before. After experiencing back pain which affected my mood and work life, I made the steps following a recommendation to a Chiropractor.
In summary, Diego - Chiropractor explained everything and gave a probable diagnosis. I had an initial consultation plus examination and then 3 more sessions. In honesty, it has had a positive effect overall, work, mood and wellbeing. My back feels brand new, loose and relaxed. I feel I am able to breathe easier and its improved my posture.
The whole experience has been well worth it, the warm reception from Doris and Diego puts you at ease. The knowledge Diego has is priceless and his expertise was welcomed.
Cost, very reasonable for the service you recommend and the positive outcome gained.

 I've been going for while now and it has been brilliant. I was a bit sceptical about going first but I am glad I did. Diego is very professional and welcoming. I feel a lot better for going to the practice and I'm proud to say that the practice is a credit to Pontypridd. I would highly recommend going there.

 Can absolutely recommend Balance Chiropractic and Wellness. I went a few weeks ago with an absolute stiff neck occurring from breastfeeding at night for the past months. I was in such great pain and couldn’t even care for my baby anymore. After about 2 sessions with Diego I was almost pain free again and didn’t need any painkillers anymore to survive the day. I could move my neck again and felt so relieved. Diego has been amazing in explaining to me every step of his treatment and the reason behind. He also showed me specific exercises to help with my neck and prevent future damage.
I am so happy I have found this chiropractor and will definitely come back when in need again!

 I totally recommend balance chiropractic and wellness  in Trallwn Square absolutely fantastic, never thought I would be on the road to recovery dreading the worst of having an operation, but Diego has been amazing brought me back from the brink of disaster with fantastic treatment very informative  always explaining step by step never pushing you over your pain threshold, I'm only 4 treatments in and I'm extatic with my results, thank you Diego  feel like you have given me my life back again, so anyone who has a problem with their back don't hesitate pain killers  are not the answer Diego is.

Diego carries out a thorough health check followed by a detailed physical assessment.  He was able to give advice about my condition and provide me with written information to take to my GP.   Highly recommend this practice.   And the sweets as I left were my favourites Thank you

I had a full relaxation massage with Diego  and i felt fantasic afterwards. Now im going back for some chiropractor sessions on my neck and shoulders. Hé is excellent.I highly recommend ballance.

Very helpful and informative to my shoulder/neck problem. Felt less painful after treatment, within a few days was able to raise my arm above my head with no pain 'Result' thankyou Hugo. I will keep doing those exercises👍....

Had my first appointment today. Made to feel very welcome and at ease straight away. Comfortable and cosy practice.   Would highly recommend.
