What is the new way of doing business?
Although the threat of Coronavirus is reducing daily, we have changed the way we carry out services for the time being. As primary health care professionals, Chiropractors have had a key role to play during this pandemic following strict preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19. More details are provided below.
How can we help you?
If you're suffering ACUTE (very recently developed or a flare-up) BACK, SHOULDER AND/OR NECK PAIN or other musculoskeletal conditions we're always here for you. If you are someone looking for 'maintenance' , we're here for you too! Contact us today, new and existing patients-appointments available from 2nd September.
How safe is it for me to receive treatment in these uncertain times?
We understand that it's going to take some time for us all to build back our confidence after months of lock-down and uncertainty. That's why we're continuing to offer part of the Initial Assessment by video call (using WhatsApp) and then inviting you to come in shortly afterwards for a face-to-face session. During the video call, our chiropractor will ask you questions about your medical history, current complaint, and in some cases carry out diagnostic tests regarding motion and mobility. Please be aware that the social-distanced consultation approx. 20 minutes. You will then be invited to the clinic for physical assessment and treatment (up to 40 mins). Alternatively, you can opt for a 60 minute face-to-face session if you prefer. The Initial Assessment & First Treatment is one package and costs £48. A card payment link will be sent to you payable at time of booking. Any further follow-up treatments without any obligation to block-book cost £30.
What steps will be taken at the clinic to ensure everyone's safety during face-to-face contact?
- The only person present at the clinic will be our chiropractor, Diego, who will be using full PPE throughout your contact session (face mask, apron, gloves and visor).
- The premises are vigorously disinfected after each patient.
- The reception area and toilet facilities are out of use until further notice.
What steps will I have to take to ensure everyone's safety during face-to-face contact?
- Contact us to cancel your appointment if you develop Corona virus-related symptoms (high temperature, cough, loss of sense of smell/taste).
- Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment slot.
- Come unaccompanied (unless otherwise agreed beforehand).
